- 5 x 10 – $30 a month
- 10 x 10 – $60 a month
- 20 x 10 – $80 a month
Rents are pro-rated monthly, and a one-month minimum rental required.
Sanford Storage Company current pricing specials:
- Pre-pay three (3) months, and you get half (1/2) off the fourth (4th) month;
- Pre-pay six (6) months, and you get the seventh (7th) month FREE;
- Rent 2 units, get 15% off the price of the smaller unit for the term of the rental;
- Refer a new tenant, and get one month free if they sign up for a minimum 3 month rental.
Sanford Storage Company Security Deposits:
- 5 x 10 – One-time security deposit of $30.00
- 10 x 10 – One-time security deposit of $40.00
- 20 x 10 – One-time security deposit of $50.00
Security deposits are a one-time fee, and are refundable upon vacating and cleaning out of the storage unit.
Forms of payment we accept are cash, personal checks, money orders, or bank or cashiers checks.
